Our biggest health & safety risk is the personal safety of our employees in the context of the fact that they often have to put over unpopular information & demands to tenants and housing applicants, many of whom have behavioural, alcohol, drug & other problems, & often have to do this offsite, sometimes in an uncontrolled environment like someone’s home.
